Paul Wright has been in charge of production, for the past 10 years, for the Lerak Corporation where they create and produce over 5000 sandwiches and dinners daily for Trader Joe’s. Paul previously owned Paolo’s Italian Garden, Cape Cod, MA and Wright’s Seafood of Framingham and Needham, MA.  Paul attended the Culinary Institute of America training program and was an Executive Chef at Legal Seafood for 3 years.
